What is the daily agenda?

A daily agenda will be shared every day during the retreat.

Is the stay all-inclusive?

The stay can be either all-inclusive or on a half-board basis, depending on the retreat. In either case, there will be a restaurant available for orders throughout the retreat.

Will we have free time?

What does the program include?

The program includes a mix of workshops, group discussions, meditation, and yoga.

I am veiled, will I be able to take it off since we are all women?

In some cases, it may be possible for you to take off your veil if the venue is exclusively for women and the staff members are also women. Otherwise, you will need to continue wearing it.

Can I skip any part of the program?

Yes, you can skip any part of the program, but we strongly encourage you not to do so, as each activity builds upon the others, and attending everything will provide the best experience for you.

Do all participants have to open up and share their personal experiences?

Not at all! Sharing personal experiences is entirely optional. You are free to decide whether or not you want to share.
