Program
Daily agenda:
The day with IMATTER retreats is designed to provide a rejuvenating and transformative experience.
It begins with a refreshing yoga session to awaken the body and improve flexibility.
This is followed by a mindfulness meditation to cultivate a calm and focused mind.
A nutritious breakfast fuels the body for the themed group coaching session, where participants gain new perspectives and support for personal growth.
A break allows time for reflection and relaxation and ofcourse delicious lunch.
The day concludes with an evening meditation for inner peace and gratitude.
Then come the closing where we reflect on the day and share the following day agenda.
We then leave you for a restful sleep and new promises to wake upon.
A detailed timely daily agenda will be handed out once check-in is complete on Retreat Day.
