 5. Scheduling and Logistics:

We'll work out the logistics of scheduling the workshops, including dates, times, and locations if applicable. If virtual sessions are preferred, we'll identify the most suitable platform or tools to ensure a seamless experience.   1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
  2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your consultation with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the consultation fee and will be due within 10 daysof the missed appointment.
  3. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule your consultation. However, repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may be subject to the same cancellation policy as outlined above.
  4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, a full consultation fee may be charged, and future appointments may require pre-payment.
  5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen, and we will take such situations into consideration. If you experience an unforeseen emergency that prevents you from attending your consultation, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
